I like books. They can be interesting but also boring. Most of them consist of hundred of sites. So it is easier to listen to a CD and music is good for a happy feeling. If you are tired, but you can't sleep, take a DVD or watch TV. But don't take a boring DVD. If you are motivated, try to play a game like counterstrike or FIFA. It does make fun and you have to concentrate on these games.
